5 more minutes please... Day 3

No photos. Just words.

Day 3 of my morning miracle routine has been going well so far. Programme your body and mind to wake up at a specific time which is working for me now. Timely at 4.30am. Immediately drink up a glass of water and brush your teeth right after. It will definitely keep you awake from that moment on. Of course, there will be days where you just need that 5 minutes snooze. Here's a tip given by Hal Elrod (author of The Miracle Morning) was to set a positive intention or affirmation the night before you go to bed that will give you the motivation to wake up the next morning. What keeps you going? What is your life purpose? It is NOW and not later. Each time we procrastinate we loose. We snooze, we loose.

My 30 days tapas (discipline) routine begun last Friday where I'm committed to several level-10 habits in achieving a better me despite whatever life situation takes place. My 4.30am morning begin with a short meditation practise after washing up and clearing my bowel. Continued with an affirmation read out loud and visualisation of what I'd like to achieve on that day together with who I would like to be. My daily journaling has kept my senses focused on my targeting intentions. In line with my daily ashtanga practise that I wish to keep cultivating. The thought of getting myself on the mat has always been a struggle when it comes to home practise. Thus, I have to commit. I am committing. I will commit.

"An extraordinary life is all about daily, continuous improvements in the areas that matter most." -Robin Sharma. There are many areas that matters to me, be it career, family & friends, personal growth & development, health & fitness, finances etc. But I'm learning to prioritise just so things could be better.

I had no idea why I'm writing this to share with you reader out there, but the urge was eminent. To get as much support as I can towards a better me and I hope to also inspire others who are pursuing the similar journey.

As Patanjali Yoga Sutra 1.2 says "Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha" ( Yoga is the Stilling of the Changing States of the Mind) Hence, this is my yoga method of Stilling my fluctuations of my mind.
