Hatha Yoga

In Hatha classes, we will focus on poses that soothe the brain and restore the energy levels of both body and mind. Students will be guided to hold in the postures for a much longer time than in other classes, emphasising on even pace of inhalation and exhalation which induces the relaxation response. This class available at all places that I teach.

​Vinyasa

This is a practise of connecting with the breath while flowing into a sequence of postures. Helps to increase mind concentration, increase energy and stamina. Ideal for those who wishes to tone the entire physical body. This class available at all places that I teach.

Open

Open class is open for all levels including those who are totally new to yoga. Student will be guided with the knowledge of basic joint exercise which is essential, comforable postures and breathing techniques.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Ashtanga, Vinyasa, as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, is a breathing and movement system for internal cleansing that combines with tristhana (3 places of attention – posture, breathing and point of concentration). This class has started at Summerglades, Cyberjaya.

Relax and Restore

The “reset” class that focuses on poses that soothe the brain and restore energy levels. The relaxation response is achieved through maintaining postures for a much longer time than in other classes.
