Classes conducted are beginner-friendly. We conduct group yoga classes at the following locations in Cyberjaya and Bangsar:-
Garden Residence Clubhouse, Persiaran Utara, Cyberjaya (opposite Lim Kwok Wing University)
SummerGlades, Perdana Lakeview West, Cyber 7, Cyberjaya (every other days)
Special arrangements can also be made for classes to be conducted at your condominium or residential community hall/park.
A private class can be a fantastic way to learn how to modify postures to suit your unique needs (i.e. be it body type, fitness level, stress level and your personal health goals). Private yoga sessions are the most effective form of Yoga, and the quickiest way to reach your own goals. The word ‘amae’ is used as a term to express analytically the way of being of a person attempting to attain full attention from an authority person, such as parent, to take care of one. We have designed a compilation of activities that a child and parent(s) can do with together, spending time nurturing relationship in terms of ‘bonding’, ‘inter-dependance’, ‘connection’, ‘love’ in relation to yoga.
