5 more minutes please... Day 3
No photos. Just words. Day 3 of my morning miracle routine has been going well so far. Programme your body and mind to wake up at a specific time which is working for me now. Timely at 4.30am. Immediately drink up a glass of water and brush your teeth right after. It will definitely keep you awake from that moment on. Of course, there will be days where you just need that 5 minutes snooze. Here's a tip given by Hal Elrod (author of The Miracle Morning) was to set a positive i
